With over 70 years combined experience in roofing & waterproofing - we are a trusted name in the construction industry. At Bravery Construction, we offer a wide range of roofing services, including: visual inspections, infrared inspections, leak repairs, complete roof removal and replacement, new construction. Our goal is to provide the client immediate action to solve the current issues while also looking into the future life of the roof asset. A Roof Asset Management Plan is always advised. By having a comprehensive plan in place, financial decision makers will have the evidence they need to allocate funds for a reroofing project. It also plans for long-term maintenance that will extend the life-cycle of your roofing system and protect the interior from water intrusion.

BUR (Built-Up Roofing) first appeared around the mid 1800's. It is a roofing system where multiple layers of asphalt get applied between ply sheets (or felts) over the roof deck and insulation.

A tile roof is a roof made from clay, ceramic, concrete or slate tiles. Each tile is secured to the roof deck by nails. Just like asphalt shingles, a tile roof is completed by starting at the bottom or lower most part of the roof, securing a row of tiles, then overlapping the next or second row of tiles over the first.
